The guarantee covers all Depiction, Inc. products. A request for a refund is made by sending an email to support@depiction.com giving the name and email address used in the original purchase. No reason need be given for the refund request. Depiction will refund the full amount actually paid for the software including sales tax. We will require any activated products to be deactivated as part of the refund process. If the purchase was made with a credit card, the refund will be made to the same credit card. If the purchase was made by a check, Depiction will issue the refund via check. If there are problems with the credit card refund, e.g. credit card account closed, Depiction will issue the refund via check.
